Rueh strolled into the Great Hall with Chloe right behind her. Her luggage had been magically transported to her dormitories like it always had. The beauty of the Great Hall never ceased to amaze Ruhe. She turned to Chloe. "Well, I guess this is where we must part ways. I'll see ya round! Don't forget- we WILL master this school." Ruhe winked.

"Oh, I wont forget" She said smiling deviously. "See you around." She said somewhat strutting over to take a seat with her fellow Slytherins, still happy about the incident on the train.

Ruhe looked back over her shoulder and saw Chloe strutting and smiling. *She's still got some Slytherin arrogance in her,* she thought. But that was a good thing. Chloe had just the right balance. Ruhe took a seat at the Gryffindor table next to Juliet Rains, the cat/girl who never really spoke to anyone and always looked rather sad. A few people congratulated her on her victory over Malfoy, and a few people stared in awe and curiousity at her hair and eyes. One person glared murderously. It was Malfoy. Ruhe could sense her issues with him were not over yet. She had won the battle, but not yet the war.

Chloe took her seat at the table close to where she new Malfoy would be sitting. She wanted to hear what he had to say without being to close to him. She started up a conversation with some other Slyterins in her year.

Ruhe noticed Juliet's hands shaking and wondered what her story was. She was still solicting looks, not just from the students, because of her hair. Snape had always hated her, and she hoped he wouldn't deduct points from Gryffindor. Her head of house was also eying her, but with an odd mixture of amusement and respect.

Chloe sat with some friends and the nosiy table eating and talking about their summer and what they expected of the coming year. She was so happy to be out of her house back in Ireland, she always considered Hogwarts her home anyway. It felt good to be back.

Ruhe was lost in thought. Strangely, she was thinking of her mother... She thought that perhaps her discussion with Chloe had brought up some feelings she had buried. Ruhe sat there, not realizing somebody was calling her name until a hand lightly pushed on her shoulder.

Ruhe whirled around and was shocked to see... nobody! She mumbled something about being tired to the people around her and stumbled from the Great Hall, clutching her head and stomach.

From where Chloe was sitting she could see the whole Great Hall, so naturally she spotted Ruhe just barely walking out of the Great Hall. She looked as if she was sick. Chloe figured that if that was the reasoning then she'd want to be alone. If she doesn' t come back within a half hour, I'll check on her. Chloe silently promised herself.

Ruhe stumbled up to the Gryffindor dormitories. When she got there, she realized that she didn't know the password! She groaned and slumped against the wall to wait. Ruhe slid to the floor as her vision dimmed and she passed out...

Every few minutes Chloe would glance around the hall looking for any sign of Ruhe, she saw nothing. She finished her meal rather quickly and got up muttering something about getting some sleep. Once she was outside the Hall, instead of heading to the slytherin common room she went towards the Gryffindor one where she found a passed out Ruhe.

Ruhe heard voices like a murmur, distant and fuzzy. She moved her head away from the light that was creeping in now. Shielding her eyes, Ruhe blinked and looked up at the figure over her in fear. She couldn't see its face for the light.

Chloe squatted next to her so that she was at ruhe's level. "Are you okay?" she asked placing a hand on her shoulder.

Ruhe jolted when she felt the hand on her shoulder. Half unconscious, she scrambled backwards away from the hand. Finally, Ruhe's vision clarified and she looked up, breathing fast and scared to death, into Chloe's worried face.

Chloe moved back quickly when Ruhe moved away, really worried about what was wrong with her. She sat cross legged on the cold stone floor making sure that her skirt fell over her legs. She wasn't going to touch her again, she decided to wait until Ruhe approached her.
