This site will be taking place during Harry Potter's 7th year attending Hogwarts.
Rules
1) No ridicule, teasing, or rudeness directed toward anyone for their age, sexuality, gender, race, etc. If you don't obey this rule you will receive only one warning before your account is deleted.
2) You are not to post until your character has been approved by an admin. (Approval takes less than a day on average.)
3) There is a limit of one character per account.
4) You can use an avatar if you wish, but they cannot contain profanity or things of a sexual nature. If I find that you do have an inappropriate image, you will be given one warning before your account is deleted.
5) No God modding. Please, not only does it get annoying, but we want people to have the opportunity to role play their character which they can't do if you are doing it for them.
6) Stay in character unless you are posting in an OOC (Out of character) board, in the c-box, or private messaging.
7) No Mary-Sue characters. If you can't come up with a person with a real personality then it is suggested that you post as a cannon character if you really want to RP.
8) When in character, you are allowed to use a 1st or 3rd person narrative. For example,
or
9) No spamming. Advertisements of your site(s) can be posted under the Add board.
10) Please use good grammar and spelling. If you aren't good at them, the least you could do is use spell check.
11) When posting as your character, posts have to be at least two lines long. One line isn't very much for another to work with. To make your posts longer, you can be more descriptive about things such as your characters surroundings, their tone of voice, facial expression, etc.
12) If you haven't posted in a week and a half without messaging an admin, you will be sent a warning. A week later, if you don't respond, your account will be deleted.
13) If your thread won't longer be posted, alert an admin to move it to the graveyard.
14)If a thread is going to be over a PG rating, label it with the proper rating (PG-13, R, NC-17,etc.)
